Programs

Boxing classes are designed for each student to perfect the basics of punches, stances, and footwork.  Both amateurs and professionals will hone their skills and develop their own personal boxing style, gain proficiency in the sport, and exercise their bodies and minds.  Boxing classes have 14 heavy bags, six aqua bags, a 20×20 boxing ring, and 1,500 sq ft of mat space available.

Kickboxing is a striking martial art that uses kicks, knees, elbows, punches, and clinch work.  Victory MMA Kickboxing classes are high energy, an excellent cardio workout, and great conditioning for students with previous kickboxing experience and new to the art.  Kickboxing classes require strenuous training and conditioning with superior speed and devastating strikes.  They are great for beginners and advanced students and include shadow boxing, pad work, footwork skills, heavy bag training, and drills to improve reflexes and timing.

Victory MMA Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are unique in that any student can learn and compete regardless of size and strength.  Smaller opponents can defend and defeat larger and stronger opponents.  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu uses leverage, pressure, timing, and angles instead of brute force to accomplish a non-violent submission of your opponent.  Victory MMA’s Jiu-Jitsu classes include close contact grappling techniques with holds, chokes, and joint manipulation.

Victory MMA fitness classes include Strength Class, the Workout of the Day, and open gym time to use the expansive fitness stations.  Fitness classes are an excellent complement to martial arts to tone and condition your body.  Our goal is to produce the most trained and conditioned athletes for competition or success in their daily lives.
