Fitness Classes
All athletes and martial artists need to be in the best shape possible to achieve their goals. At Victory MMA, our coaches and instructors guide workouts and fitness for maximum results with hands-on instructions on all workout exercises. Fitness classes are an excellent complement to martial arts to tone and condition your body. Our goal is to produce the most trained and conditioned athletes for competition or success in their daily lives.
Victory MMA fitness classes include Strength Class, the Workout of the Day, and open gym time to use the expansive fitness stations. The Workout of the Day is for every student 14 years and older. Although not required, it is recommended for everyone looking to improve fitness and become a well-conditioned athlete.

Gilbert Smith, the founder of Victory MMA, is a N.A.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer, a N.A.S.M. Performance Enhancements Specialist, a N.A.S.M. Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a TRX Certified, and an RKC Kettlebell Instructor. He brings his expertise to all the students at Victory MMA to improve their fitness every day. The gym also offers a four-person sauna.
The Floors
With 1,500 sqft of mat space, Victory MMA is one of the largest martial arts and fitness gyms in Colorado Springs.
The Exercise Station
Victory MMA is the best-equipped fitness and martial arts gym in Colorado Springs. Cardio stations include three treadmills, Jacobs Ladder, Stair Master, Airdyne Bike, and two ellipticals. The Victory MMA weight room has dumbbells from 5lbs to 65lbs, an Olympic lifting platform, kettlebells, a bench press, a cable machine, and a squat rack.
Cleaning
All equipment and floors are regularly cleaned and sanitized for safety.
